Overview
We are looking for an individual who not only has embraced a call to ministry, but also is ready to pursue that call in a vibrant, challenging, multicultural environment. The position is a part-time obligation at this time; approximately 20+ hours a week. However, we are able to cover moving expenses, and offer a competitive salary for part-time work of $400 per week.
As a senior pastor, it has been my privilege to mentor and train a number of young ministers, and to be a part of preparing them for what God has for them in the future. We are currently, a church of about 150+, with a youth group that ranges between 10-20 weekly. However, we have a great group of kids coming up, and many inroads to the community around us.

Benton FCN is a strong, vibrant ministry located in the very heart of the Natural State, Arkansas. It is a vibrant, growing community with small town feel. We are a multicultural ministry representing the Anglo/Hispanic nature of many of our residents. Our desire, all along has been to reach and reflect the demographics of our community as it presents itself. Even though our worship community is multicultural, we purposely blend both cultures in a variety of ways, recognizing that is exactly the way our community is developing; not separately, but together in all things.
