Overview
The Youth Pastor position is part-time and is tasked with providing visionary oversight and pastoral leadership to the youth of Lakeside Community Church of the Nazarene. He/she will partner with parents and youth leaders in discipling and engaging students with the good news of the Gospel and supporting them in developing their love for Him and others. The Youth Pastor will be present in the lives of the youth in their various contexts and will work to provide a place where students feel love and belonging. The current youth group is healthy and thriving and has a great group of committed volunteers. The Nebraska District NYI leadership is one of the best!
