Overview
The Student Ministries Pastoral position is full time and is tasked with providing visionary oversight and pastoral leadership to students of Lakeside Community Church of the Nazarene. He/she will partner with parents and youth leaders in discipling and engaging students with the good news of the Gospel and supporting them in developing their love for Him and others. The Pastor will be present in the lives of the youth in their various contexts and will work to provide a place where students feel love and belonging. This position will also fill an associate pastoral role to help the lead pastor with other pastoral duties including preaching, teaching, congregational care, services, and administration.
