Children’s Pastor

Overview

Execute Church Vision – to help people experience Heaven on Earth – in your ministry area.

Manage and recruit Children’s Ministry volunteers.

Manage our [paid] Children Ministry Assistant.

Attend, when able, Children’s events and games.

Manage Children’s curriculum. 

Lead annual VBS.

Help plan Quarterly Family Sundays.

Be a team player, working with whole Pastoral Team to accomplish church vision.

Maintain Children’s Ministry Prep Room.

Manage Children’s Ministry Budget.

Be willing to Pastor Children and Parents.

Participate in weekly staff meetings.

There are, of course, many other things that pop up, but this is the major objectives of the pastoral role at Crossroads.
