We are here to reach one more for Jesus. It’s as simple as that. We personally own that mission, and are passionate about providing excellent, intentional services and programming because we believe that what we do really matters. For our staff, we are care about having a healthy culture on our team and we believe that starts with supporting our team in pursuing whole health. Our benefits include the essentials like health and dental, but also paid professional counseling, leadership training, and development as well. We are passionate about what we do and personally own the mission, and at the same time, we are at about a 100% going rate for laughter during our meetings. Our tri-city community of around 250,000 people is full of amazing and affordable amenities. We have great restaurants (check out the restaurants featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” here), city parks, a thriving economy, and multiple college campuses. We have a rapidly growing downtown area; full of fun boutiques and restaurants, and there are great art, theater, and music venues all in our community. If you are into the outdoors there are plenty of opportunities to hike, camp, hunt, boat, fish, and more all within a short drive. Prairie Heights church is a large church (around 1,500 weekly attendance) located in West Fargo, North Dakota. We keep things simple; we make God’s word practical, and we strive to be relevant to reach people in our community. Our mission is to connect those apart from God with Christ and a church family.
