Youth Director/Worship Director (Full Time)

·         30-40 hours per week

·         $24,000 per year

 Responsibilities with Youth:

-Spiritual development of teens and volunteers who assist with youth

-Selecting curriculum for Wednesday evening youth group meetings and Sunday School lessons

-Organizing volunteers for Wednesday evening youth group and Sunday School

-Chaperoning and/or organizing volunteers to chaperone at summer teen camp

-Involving teens in district-wide events

Responsibilities with Worship:

-Must be proficient in vocals, and piano and/or guitar

-Recruitment of new musicians and vocalists

-Organizing practices for musicians and vocalists

-Choosing song selections for Sunday morning service

-Organizing a choir special 2-3 times per year

-Fostering spiritual development and cohesiveness of worship team
