The Village Church is a multi-campus church with ~1,000 people worshiping in person each weekend, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. We are seeking a Youth Pastor to lead our Middle School and High School ministries (6th–12th grade). You’ll shape the spiritual life of our students through weekly services, small groups, mission trips, and retreats — while building a team of adult and student leaders who carry that mission forward.
What you’ll do:

- Plan and lead weekly MS and HS services (curriculum, worship, teaching, small groups)

- Recruit, train, and shepherd a strong volunteer team

- Plan and execute the annual missions trip and Fall Retreat

- Provide pastoral care, visitation, and follow-up for students and families

- Build a student leadership pipeline

- Partner with the Family Ministries team on annual planning and church-wide events
What we’re looking for:

- A professing Christian with a heart for discipling teenagers

- A galvanizer and communicator who can recruit and develop leaders

- An organized planner comfortable with budgets, logistics, and event execution
