It is our passion to become a Next Gen Now Church! We are willing to do whatever it takes to reach the next generation.
The Valley is a multicampus church located north of Dayton in Ohio. We have three campuses located in Troy, Sidney, and Piqua with an average total attendance of over 1,500.
We are looking for a full time Children’s Pastor/Director at our Piqua campus. The Piqua campus averages over 700 in attendance, and our two elementary services average around 60 kids total.
As a church, we value reaching those outside the church, taking risks, and failing forward. As a staff, we work hard, have fun, and love Jesus together.
If you are fun, passionate, and feel called to reach and disciple kids, we would love to have you on our team. You will be our first full time kids pastor, and so you will have room to innovate and build relationships with families and their kids.
