It is our passion to be a Next Gen Now Church! We are willing to do whatever it takes to reach and invest in the next generation.
The Valley Church is a multi-campus church located north of Dayton, Ohio. We have three campuses located in Troy, Sidney, and Piqua with an average total attendance of over 1,600 and an average of over 500 at the Troy campus.
The youth pastor is responsible for implementing a strategy and building a team that will partner with parents to disciple 6th-12th grade students. As teens grow in Jesus and take steps of faith, they will be equipped to punch holes in the darkness of their schools, neighborhoods, and teams. We want to see teens hearing and responding to God’s voice and using their gifts and talents to serve because we believe in the next generation right now.
