Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic team-builder to oversee our Sunday morning kids environments. This role primarily involves building and overseeing volunteer teams to create safe and engaging environments for children aged birth thru 6th grade. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being “up-front” (energetic, fun with kids, relational with parents) yet also know how to strategically grow a team-based ministry “behind the scenes” (administration, scheduling, training, policies).
