Website PittNaz Church

Primary Role:

The primary role of the Worship Pastor is to craft an engaging and excellent worship time during all services.  Our Worship Pastor must be someone who is spiritually grounded in their faith, someone who spends time in God’s word and in personal prayer, and someone who values God’s Spirit being present over the technical aspects of a worship service.  You love crafting worship experiences that create an atmosphere that will bring about life-change. You have passion for the creative and the detailed. You work well building teams.

Our Setting:

Our church is located in Pittsburg KS.  The town is about 30,000 people.  PittNaz has been at this location since 1979.  PittNaz currently runs around 500 on Sunday morning. Our church as been growing consistently for many years, however recently it has been growing at a faster rate.  God is doing some great things.  We are currently moving into a new worship space at the start of 2025.  Our worship style is contemporary.  (Music:  Bethel, Elevation, Hillsong, Phil Wickham, etc.)    Teaching is conversational style and the church atmosphere is very casual.  We offer two services times on Sunday morning:  9:00-10:30.
