The main responsibility of this role is to help people of New Life take their next steps, as well as facilitate connection, care, and follow-up through a group system and our Next Step processes.
We are looking for an individual who longs to see people connected, cared for and discipeled through groups. With 850-900 attending in person each week, true community can not be found without systems and structures to draw people in. Groups are places to find connection, family, and accountability as people live life together. We have learned firsthand that life is not meant to be lived alone. This role is designed to help people ensure they don’t have to.
