Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Children’s Ministry, located in Nashville, TN. The Director of Children’s Ministry will be responsible for overseeing programs for children, developing and implementing curriculum, managing volunteers, and guiding children in their faith journey.
Duties will include coordinating events and activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, leading children in Bible studies and discipleship, and communicating with parents and church staff.

- Strong skills in Communication
- Experience in Curriculum Development
- Volunteer Development skills
- Creative Discipleship
- Kids Discipleship experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well with children and families
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Relevant education or certification in ministry, theology, or a related field is beneficial
- A heart for leading children into a relationship with Jesus
