Build relationships with students and parents
Facilitate After School and Summer Kids Club programs
Collaborate with Executive Director to suggest classes to offer students during After School and Summer Kids Club programs, ensuring that activities accomplish the organization’s mission.
Communicate with Parents regarding scheduling, program applications, etc.
Facilitate relationships with student’s teachers, communicating regularly with teachers to determine students’ academic needs
Track student progress both in academics and behavior
Facilitate special events as determined in collaboration with Executive Director
Welcome volunteers and facilitate their connection with students
Assist students in leadership opportunities whenever possible
Make sure facility is clean and trash is taken out at the end of each session
