Hayworth Wesleyan Church is seeking a worship leader/director with experience in developing people and inspiring the people of God to worship the Lord as a way of life. The worship leader/director would be responsible for recruiting, training, equipping, and scheduling people for this ministry. Working closely with the pastor, the worship leader/director will plan services, engage all ages in various aspects of worship, oversee the rehearsals of our worship band, the choir and help in developing opportunities for children and youth to meaningfully engage in worship. The position can be full or part-time based upon skill set meeting the needs of the ministry.
