Granite Ridge Executive Director Job Description Job Description – Duties Creation and Implementation of Camp Operating Budget Effectively manage Camp Operating Budget in assistance with Operations Manager Regular reporting to the Board Marketing and Public Relations for Camp Rentals and Programs in assistance with Marketing Manager Including Traditional and New Social Media Avenues Recruit, select and employ staff people to carry out and support the operation of the Camp Effectively manage program elements of the camp Develop routines, schedules and procedures for camp program operation Work with staff to create systems and efficiencies Look for cost saving and revenue generation regularly with staff Strengthen ties between Granite Ridge and its constituent groups, working with the Board, regional churches/organizations, the Nazarene California Districts to develop camp bookings, volunteer involvement, and being available for church visits outside the regular camp season. Supervise operation of all camp facilities in conjunction with the Facility Manager, provide for regular maintenance, make regular recommendations to the Board, and other Governing Bodies concerning facility and property needs including an annual review of all property needs Development and execution of Donor Development plan Long term development of Master Plan in conjunction with Board Full Time Executive Director Hours commitment – not to exceed 50 hours a week $5000 per month pay On-site housing provided as taxable fringe benefit, all utilities, internet, cell phone, most meals included Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits – or Reimbursement 401k Benefit Mileage Reimbursement or Camp Vehicle and or Gas Card Accidental Disability, Director & Officer insurance Vacation time – 4 weeks annually, no vacation in summer high season Sick Time – standard based on Employee handbook
