The role of the Worship Leader/Pastor is to provide overall leadership and personal ministry in the areas of music, tech team, choir, worship team, and band. The ministry will be highly motivational and offer opportunities for personal and spiritual development of the Worship Teams. Leadership, vision, communication, enthusiasm, developing leaders and new ministry opportunities are essential components of this position. The Worship Pastor should be keenly aware of how his ministry contributes to the church ministries.
