Overview
The Youth Pastor is responsible for directing, training, and supervising all Youth
Ministries of FCN as reflected in our Organization Chart. As a Pastor in the church, the
Youth Pastor shall assist the Senior Pastor in leading the day-to-day affairs of the
church, and minister to the people through normal pastoral duties, including counseling,
weddings, funerals, home visitation and teaching God’s Word. It is desired for this to be
a full-time salary position, but a part time position would be considered with a minimum
expected time worked per week of 16 hours.
