Thank you for your interest in the Senior/Lead Pastor position at Fallon Nazarene Church. Potential candidates for this position should have: 1) significant leadership experience as a senior/lead or associate pastor, 2) a minimum of an undergraduate degree in related ministry studies or completion of the Nazarene course of study requirements, and 3) be an active credentialed minister (Ordained or District Licensed) in good standing in the Church of the Nazarene.
The pastoral search for this position officially began on January 29, 2023, upon the resignation of the former pastor who is moving into a new ministry assignment in another community on the Sacramento District.

Fallon Church of the Nazarene was officially organized in 1946, and has a noteworthy history of effective ministry and outreach in the community.
The Fallon Church is deeply connected to the local community through its outreach ministries which include a Christian School, a Thrift Store, and a weekly Food Pantry. The senior/lead pastor serves in a supervisory capacity for all of the church's ministries. In addition to the various expectations for pastoral/congregational leadership, a viable candidate must be skilled as an organized, people-oriented administrator.
