JOB DESCRIPTION
The Worship & Outreach Pastor would oversee administrative tasks related to worship gatherings (scheduling, ProPresenter setup, training, stage design, etc.), developing and discipling the team, as well as leading our congregation in Spirit-filled worship of King Jesus! This pastor will also help champion missional living, modeling and equipping our people to be everyday missionaries in our spheres of influence. This pastor would work alongside our Events Team to grow our reach and impact for the Gospel in our community through large events and individual faithfulness. We are growing in our understanding of being more than just a “gathered” church, but also a “scattered” church who takes the Gospel to our friends and neighbors! This pastor would need to be adaptable and flexible, comfortable ministering in a context that is continuing to build systems and strategies to keep up with congregational growth. Bachelor’s degree preferred, as well as a willingness to engage in the ordination process in the Church of the Nazarene. The Worship & Outreach Pastor will report directly to the Lead Pastor.

+Leading, equipping and growing volunteer teams in worship & outreach ministry
+Working closely with the Lead Pastor to plan and execute dynamic worship gatherings, pursuing excellence in person and online
+Champion and provide leadership to missional living and evangelism strategy
+Oversee effective communications strategies
+Embodying a healthy and God-honoring ministry culture, even under pressure
+Praying for and discipling the ministry partners Jesus places in our care
