Thank you for your interest in the Senior/Lead Pastor position at Crossroads Nazarene Church. Potential candidates for this position should have: 1) significant leadership experience as a senior/lead or associate pastor, 2) a minimum of an undergraduate degree in related ministry studies or completion of the Nazarene course of study requirements, and 3) be an active credentialed minister (Ordained or District Licensed) in good standing in the Church of the Nazarene.
The pastoral search for this position officially began in January of 2022, upon the resignation of the former pastor who has retired and now lives on another district.
