REPORTS TO: Pastor of Ministry Advancement

OVERSIGHT OF: Peru Crossbridge Kids Director, Ottawa Crossbridge Kids Director and/or Admin Assistant

HOURS: Full-time (44-50 hours)

 

Multi-site Responsibilities Include

·         Oversee all programming and ministry for children (babies – 6th grade).

·         Implement safety policies in line with church policy.

·         Select curriculum for each program and each age level.

·         Create environments, activities, events, and programming for each age group that will facilitate learning, connection, and encourage spiritual growth.

·         Create strategies to equip parents (resources, opportunities, events, groups, etc.)

·         Provide care for volunteers and direct reports.

·         Ensure Crossbridge Kids facilities remain “up to par” and meet the program needs. Work with other staff on building improvements, upgrades, and maintenance.

·         Deliver necessary supplies to physical campuses weekly in order to accomplish ministry.

·         Maintain a presence online for Crossbridge Kids.

·         Plan and oversee special events. (Ex: Superstart, Kids Camp, etc.)

·         Collaborate with other staff strategically to move the mission forward (Lead Youth Pastor, Peru Campus Pastor, and Executive Team).

·         Attend Staff Meetings and District Meetings (as needed).

·         Organize Age Level Team Meeting (monthly)

·         Other duties as assigned J

Ottawa Campus Responsibilities Include

·         Recruit, train, schedule and lead volunteer teams.

·         Create opportunities for connection among volunteers.

·         Provide care for volunteers and direct reports.

·         Establish systems of connection and care for children and families within the church.

·         Maintain a strategy for reaching and engaging new children and families.

·         Plan and oversee special events. (Ex: Gingerbread Bash, Trunk or Treat,  etc.)

·         Attend Ottawa Campus Meeting (weekly).
