We are looking for a Staff Associate to create engaging ministry for Young Families in our community.

Church Planter Gifts – self motivated, task oriented.
Team Player.
Compassionate, gracious heart, listener.
Ability to creatively minister to the current congregation and the developing one.
Have a call to preach and walk alongside members in discipleship training.
Can work within a traditional framework yet has the ability to creatively engage beyond traditional systems.
