Overview
We are seeking an Executive Director for Bonita Park Camp and Conference Center. Our camp is a 220 acre camp located in the mountains of central New Mexico, which serves up to 12,000 campers annually. Our Executive Director must be a seasoned administrator with experience leading large staffs. A background in facilities management would be an asset for the candidate as well as camp management experience. The successful candidate would need to know or learn waste water management, pool management, activities management. Skills in maintenance would enhance the applicant’s qualifications for this position as well. The successful application would be willing to guide the camp spiritually, with robust character, and with a high work ethic. The ED would lead the camp’s vision in cooperation with the district and help to develop its future plans and prospects.
