Vision for the Next Chapter: The Role of the Youth Pastor
We are entering an exciting season of growth—recently moving to three Sunday morning services to make space for what God is doing in our church. As we look to the future, we are prayerfully seeking a Youth Pastor who will help guide us into the next chapter of ministry with vision, strategy, and a shepherd’s heart.
Our desire is for the Youth Pastor to develop and invest in a team of adult and student volunteers who will, in turn, invest deeply in our teenagers. We’re looking for someone who can take our youth ministry to the next level—not only by encouraging numerical growth, but by creating systems and structures that promote lasting, transformative discipleship. We hope to see a Youth Pastor who is intentional about partnering with students, families, local schools, and the broader Lansdale community.
We also carry a deep burden to reach those in our community who do not yet know Jesus—especially this current generation of young people, who are navigating a world of uncertainty, identity confusion, and spiritual hunger. We long to see students come to know the transforming love of Christ through a ministry that is both relevant and deeply rooted in Scripture.
You won’t be walking this road alone. You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, vision, and heart-led leadership, in a church that has a rich history of longevity with staff members.
Discipleship is central to who we are—not just for students, but for volunteers and families alike. We are a “sending church,” committed to equipping people to discover and pursue their God-given calling. Our next Youth Pastor will play a vital role in that mission, helping students and leaders alike take their next steps in faith, service, and leadership.
