The Children’s Pastor will work directly with the Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, and children’s ministry staff to cultivate the faith of children and youth. This will include discipleship, outreach, and ministry to and for children within and without the church. The Children’s Pastor will provide leadership, vision, and direction that creates a life-giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and children’s ministry team of Phoenix First Church. The Children’s Pastor will manage the church-wide direction of children’s ministry.
This is a part-time position that could be negotiated into a full-time position based on the applicant’s openness to taking on additional roles at the church.
