Youth Pastor

We are hiring a full time youth and young adult pastor.

We are passionate about using our talents for God’s purposes and that’s why we’ve dedicated our careers to a ministry, not just a job title.

We have the privilege of leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. The TNaz Teens student ministry is devoted to leading students in 7th-12th grade to become fully devoted followers of Christ. By teaching truth through God’s Word and being culturally relevant, staff and volunteer leaders develop relationships with students during weekly experiences, small groups, and serving opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is:

•       Knowledgeable in student ministries with at least two years of full-time experience
•       Experienced in developing and motivating adults and students to become leaders
•       Awesome at communicating and relating to others, especially young people and their parents

This position would fit someone who enjoys:

•       Building a relational youth ministry team
•       Recruiting, training, and leading adult volunteers and student leaders
•       Overseeing and building weekly student worship experiences that include technical components and ideally a live band
•       Being a team player who collaborates with all ministries during weekend services and church wide events

We are looking for someone who is highly relational with both students, volunteers, parents and peers. We desire someone who is spiritually mature, dependable, and visionary. This person must be administratively capable of building, growing and managing the various aspects of a growing ministry. We have a great basis to build on. We desire an individual who is capable and a self starter, problem solver, visionary. We desire someone who is able to bring those dreams to life, execute, clearly communicate the vision and ensure alignment and unity with the border mission of the church.
