Worship Director (Part-Time)
Description: West Side Nazarene Church in Wichita, KS is seeking a paid, part-time Worship Director to further the mission of the church and reach people for Christ through worship ministries in a Nazarene/Wesleyan atmosphere. A church with the capacity to grow, located on a major street in the largest city in Kansas, West Side’s mission is: LIVE like Jesus, LOVE people and give hope, and GROW through the power of the Holy Spirit. Job Requirements:
· 15 hours per week
· Be proficient in vocals and piano and/or guitar
· Recruit new musicians and vocalists
· Organize and lead practices for musicians and vocalists
· Organize a choir 2-3 times yearly
· Choose song selections for Sunday morning service
· Foster the spiritual development of the Worship Team
