Summary of Position: The Hispanic Ministries Pastor is the advocate and bridge builder for the Spanish-speaking families throughout our community.
Hispanic Ministries Pastor Expectations:
1. Connect with the Hispanic families in our community.
2. Establish a Spanish-speaking worship service and discipleship group.
3. Work with the pastoral and leadership team to cast an interethnic vision for opportunities to connect others to Jesus one relationship at a time.
4. Work with youth and children’s ministry leaders in the church
Experience Qualifications:
1. Have a passion for ministry and a desire to connect others to Jesus.
2. Must be proficient in Spanish and English (i.e. bilingual).
3. Must agree with our Mission, Beliefs, and Core Values as found at www.phfcnaz.org
