New Life of the Nazarene is seeking a passionate, full-time Youth Pastor to lead and disciple students in grades 7–12.
The Youth Pastor will be responsible for planning and overseeing weekly youth services, Bible studies, outreach events, and special activities that foster spiritual growth, community, and service.
This position requires a relational leader who can connect with students and their families, communicate biblical truth effectively, and cultivate a welcoming and Christ-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal faith, a clear calling to youth ministry, and a heart for mentoring young people through the challenges of adolescence.
The Youth Pastor will collaborate with church leadership to align youth ministry with the mission and values of New Life Church of the Nazarene. Responsibilities include recruiting and equipping volunteer leaders, coordinating youth involvement in Sunday and Wednesday services and church-wide events, and supporting students in their faith journeys through pastoral care and spiritual guidance.
Experience in leading a youth group and a degree in ministry or a related field is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
