Youth Pastor

Richardson Church of the Nazarene is looking for a Youth Pastor with a passionate heart for discipleship and reaching out to the next generation. The successful candidate will build meaningful relationships across our diverse youth culture, walk alongside students as they grow in their transformation in Jesus Christ, and be in full alignment with the doctrinal positions of the Church of the Nazarene.

Along with leading the youth ministries, this pastor will continue the strong partnership we have between pastor, volunteers, and parents to form a safe and welcoming environment that helps new teens feel at home in our ministry. We place a high value on intergenerational cooperation, fostering authentic connections between our students and the larger church body, and outreach to our community.

Situated in the thriving northeast corner of the Dallas Metroplex, with over twenty nationalities attending our services, RCN is very missionally engaged with the community and cultures around us. Our mission statement is simple: Making Christlike Disciples Down the Street and Around the World.
