About Ravenna Church of the Nazarene
Ravenna Church of the Nazarene is a church of Christians who are G.L.A.D.—believers who GO, LOVE, and DO. We are a growing congregation in eastern Kentucky committed to helping people of every generation take their next step with Jesus Christ.
We are seeking a Volunteer Children’s Pastor who has a heart for introducing children to Jesus while growing as a ministry leader. Whether you are exploring God’s call to ministry, pursuing ministerial studies, or looking for a place to gain hands-on experience, we’d love to talk with you.

This is a volunteer ministry position designed to provide meaningful leadership experience, mentoring, and opportunities for growth in a healthy local church.
Our primary children’s ministry currently meets on Thursday evenings and includes a meal, worship, Bible teaching, and games. We desire to continue building relationships with children while helping families become connected to the life of the church.

If God eventually leads you into ministry elsewhere, we will celebrate having been part of your journey.
