The role of the Youth Pastor (YP) is overseeing the youth ministry strategy with our current YP. This new role is under the direction and leadership of the Executive Pastor and will serve the vision of Amplify church through student life, development, and pastoral care. This will require a firm grasp of the beliefs, values and strategy of Amplify and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision and values. The YP will partner with parents to lead youth to a genuine sense of belonging, involvement and spiritual growth at Amplify by meeting youth where they are and leading them to next steps. The YP will facilitate relational connection and spiritual growth of youth through weekend environments, small groups, and volunteer teams.
