Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the preschool and daycare program
Schedule and manage staff to ensure proper coverage and efficiency
Handle payroll and billing processes accurately and in a timely manner
Lead curriculum development and ensure effective implementation
Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff as needed
Foster a positive, encouraging work environment that maintains high staff morale
Build strong relationships with children, families, church leadership, and congregation members
Integrate faith-based values and teachings into the daily environment and curriculum
Continuously evaluate and improve program quality, safety, and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Qualifications & Expectations:
A strong personal faith and commitment to modeling Christ-like character in leadership
Active involvement in the church and alignment with its mission and values
Must hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be willing to obtain one within a three month period.
Self-motivated, organized, and innovative in problem-solving
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
A genuine love for children and a commitment to their development and well-being
Ability to recognize and respond to the needs of both children and staff
