The Operations Director is primarily responsible to lead and direct the central systems, structures and teams that maximize the operating effectiveness of Amplify Church including Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance.
● Provide leadership and oversight to core central support operational teams: Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance and Office support teams.
● Champion and manage the church database. (understand or be willing to learn Planning Center & Studio C)
● Organize and lead the finance team, external audit, and budget management oversight (Aplos, Planning Center Giving)
● Oversee team to ensure quality experiences with intranet and networking (Ubiquiti)
● Ensure HR support functions are in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. (Keeping in communication with XP)
Lead one or two the above areas as ministry as an involved specialist and oversee the others as the Team Lead with direct reports potentially paid and/or volunteer depending on scale of task.
