About Lakeholm Church of the Nazarene

Lakeholm sits adjacent to Mount Vernon Nazarene University in the rural, Ohio town of Mount Vernon.

It was originally established back in the 1970's so as to have an influence with the college/university students and as a community church to reach those of Mount Vernon.

Mount Vernon is a bedroom community of Columbus and will begin to feel a surge of growth in the coming days with the addition of the INTEL corporation moving into the New Albany area south of town.

Lakeholm has a rich heritage of growing disciples and has become a "sending" church of many of its students and families into Christian ministry and serving opportunities.
