Overview
Our purpose is to invite people to belong, help them to believe Christ, and live transformed lives to bless others. Kidmin is the beginning place for our children to know their gospel identity and begin using their spiritual gifts. The Children’s Pastor responsibility is to recruit and equip ministry partners to minister alongside our children. We also want handouts and resources to be giving to our families as we help them disciple their kids. Creating a calendar, dreaming into the future, participating in staff planning are all vital to our team approach to missional ministry.
About Karcher Church
We are wonderfully positioned to meet the needs of a growing community. Two years ago we built a new Children's wing and in the past year our Kidmin has nearly doubled with the nursery multiplying fourfold. We are at a pivotal time of starting long range planning regarding double services, property needs, ministry ideas, and staffing.
