Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Director of Children’s Ministry, located in Nashville, TN. The Director of Children’s Ministry will be responsible for overseeing programs for children, developing and implementing curriculum, managing volunteers, and guiding children in their faith journey. Duties will include coordinating events and activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, leading children in Bible studies and discipleship, and communicating with parents and church staff.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication
Experience in Curriculum Development
Volunteer Management skills
Knowledge of the Bible
Discipleship experience
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to work well with children and families
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Relevant education or certification in ministry, theology, or a related field is beneficial
